The Museum presently contains telephones dating from 1876 to the present.  We have the Braille switchboard that was used by the Houston Lighthouse for the Blind, as well as a collection of teletypes, switching gear, old wooden and metal phone booths, cables, insulators and inside and outside repair equipment.
